Social networking etc.... and maybe the angle is that if you can get people to use it for much of their personal workflow, corporations will be forced to use it just because people are used to it and perhaps it offers productivity gains, additional extensibility, etc.?

And I was wondering if that was Digsby, but I haven&#039;t used it in probably a year or so (die-hard Pidgin fan here).</description>
